BEiNCPPS coordinator presents Rhone Alpes champion use case at ICT 2018 in Vienna

A Digital Innovation Hub was born, a Digital Innovation Network for the industry in the north of Portugal, aiming to foster the digital transformation of manufacturing companies and to nurture their respective innovation ecosystem of the region. It’s called iMan Norte Hub and it was launched on 25 May in Leça da Palmeira.

BEinCPPS project is conducting an online expert consultation survey to collect valuable viewpoints from manufacturing industry stakeholders.

The survey is available in English and it has the aim of better understanding manufacturing industries’ needs and position relatively to the CPPS adoption. It is very simple and will  take you a few minutes to complete.

Lombardy is the leading region of the Italian manufacturing sector and one of the four Motors for Europe. In Lombardy the BEinCPPS Regional Manufacturing Digital Innovation Hub is the “"Digital & Virtual" working group of Associazione Fabbrica Intelligente Lombardia (AFIL). The kick-off meeting of the "Digital & Virtual" WG was held at Politecnico di Milano and involved manufacturing SMEs, IT and CPS solution providers, Competence Centers and Institutional Stakeholders of the Lombardy ecosystem.

Call for Proposals for CPPS Equipment Assessment Experiments

BEinCPPS Open Call 2 targets the development of equipment assessment experiments by Manufacturing SMEs. The objective is to carry out innovative experiments in CPPS-based manufacturing facilities provided by the applicants themselves and based on HW/SW components of the BEinCPPS reference architecture.
